RETURN WINDOW
Most items come with a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Some product categories may differ depending on the seller.
REFUND PROCESS
After we receive and inspect your returned product:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refund time: 2–7 working days.
• COD refunds will be issued to your bank account or wallet.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer Cancellations:
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
• After shipping, cancellations are not allowed, but return may be requested if eligible.
FilixKart may cancel orders due to:
• Out-of-stock items
• Pricing errors
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Delivery restrictions
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are allowed for:

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

• Courier proof may be required.
