• Order completion does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel or modify orders for issues like stock shortage or pricing errors.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to third-party services.

Payments are handled securely by third-party gateways.
FilixKart does NOT store sensitive payment information such as card numbers or UPI PINs.
Refunds follow the policies of our payment partners and merchants.

Users may earn commissions by sharing product links. You agree not to:
• Generate fake orders
• Create fraudulent referrals
• Manipulate earning systems
FilixKart may update earning rules anytime and reserves the right to withhold commissions for suspicious activity.

Users may post reviews or comments. You agree not to upload:
• Abusive or misleading content
• Illegal or harmful material
FilixKart may moderate or remove content that violates guidelines.

We use third-party services such as:
• Payment gateways
• Delivery partners
• Analytics tools
These services follow their own policies, and FilixKart is not responsible for their actions.

All app content, logos, designs, and assets belong to FilixKart.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.

FilixKart is not liable for:
• Third-party delays or issues
• Technical errors or server downtime
• Losses caused by unauthorized account use

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Violating these terms
• Fraudulent activities
• Misuse of the affiliate system
